U.S. Makes Another Donation to Slovenia-Managed Demining Fund

Ljubljana, 27 February - Fourteen million dollars were donated by the U.S. State Department to the Slovenia-managed International Trust Fund for Demining and Mine Victims Assistance (ITF) on Wednesday. Director of the humanitarian demining department of the U.S. State Department Donald F. Patierno and ITF's Jernej Cimpersek signed the contract in the presence of Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel and U.S. Ambassador to Slovenia Johnny Young.
