Slovenica's Majority Stake in Insurer Adriatic to Be Sold by Autumn

Ljubljana, 28 February - Fifth Slovene insurance company Slovenica is to sell its majority stake in fourth largest insurer Adriatic, according to Thursday's paper Finance. Manager of KD Group, Slovenica's majority owner, Matjaz Gantar, said that an investment bank is to be selected in two weeks, while the stake will be offered for sale in May and the deal made by autumn. Gantar added that both insurance companies are for sale, however the sale of Slovenica is more of a "price experiment".
