Brewer Pivovarna Union Records Drop in Profits in 2001

Ljubljana, 28 February - Pivovarna Union, the second largest brewery in Slovenia, generated sales revenues of SIT 17.18 billion (EUR 76.9 million) in 2001, up 2.3 percent year on year, while profits were down 2.1 percent to SIT 1.24 billion (EUR 5.55 million), the company revealed its unaudited results on Thursday.
