Retail Chain Merkur Posts Profits of EUR 7.6 Million

Ljubljana, 28 February - Slovene hardware retailer Merkur posted unaudited annual profits of SIT 1.72 billion (EUR 7.69 million) last year, a rise of twelve percent over the previous year, while net sales revenues totaled SIT 88.4 billion (EUR 395.7 million), soaring by as much as 57.5 percent year-on-year, the company said on Thursday.
