Macedonian FM Explains Post-Crisis Situation to Slovene Officials

Ljubljana, 1 March - The Balkans cannot remain the "black hole" of Europe, where reign instability and armed conflicts with no democracy and development, said Macedonian Foreign Minister Slobodan Casule during talks with Slovene President Milan Kucan on Friday. Casule also met with Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek, Speaker of Parliament Borut Pahor, and Slovene FM Dimitrij Rupel as part of his one-day official visit.
