Ljubljana, 2 March - The answer to the question whether the amendment to the Maritime Act in the part which prohibited a foreign nuclear powered or armed vessel to access Slovene territorial waters was really necessary for Slovenia's NATO membership, is negative. However the majority in Parliament decided otherwise this week, Delo writes on Saturday.
