Number of Passengers Entering Slovenia Drops in 2001

Ljubljana, 3 March - Around 89 million passengers entered Slovenia last year by road, rail, sea and air, which was a drop of 2.2 percent over 2000. The number of people crossing the border by road dropped by 2.4 percent over the previous year, totalling 87.4 million, the national statistical office said.
