France's Lafarge Publishes a Takeover Bid for Slovene Cement Factory

Trbovlje, 4 March - After publishing a letter of intent in February to acquire a majority stake in the cement factory Cementarna Trbovlje, Lafarge Perlmooser, a Ljubljana-based company owned by the world's largest cement maker France's Lafarge, published Monday a bid to take over the Slovene cement factory offering SIT 60,000 (EUR 268) a share, whose nominal value stands at SIT 10,000 (EUR 44).
