Leading Croatian Packaging Producer Belisce Extends its Takeover Bid for Valkarton
Ljubljana, 4 March - Croatia's largest cardboard packaging manufacturer, Belisce, extended its takeover bid for the leading Slovene packaging producer Valkarton by one week until 18 March, raising the offered price by one Slovene tolar to SIT 7,528.44 (EUR 33,69) per share, the company said on Monday.
