Some Slovene Clinics Suspected of Abusing Power in Dialysis Treatment

Ljubljana, 5 March - Following suspicions of irregularities in drug prescription in some Slovene hospitals, the Health Ministry is to impose control on all dialysis centres in the country in an attempt to see whether the money - an estimated SIT 500 million (EUR 2.2 million) over the past three years - the centres were given for the drug Eritropoetin was used for other purposes.
