Telekom Slovenije to Be Floated on Ljubljana Stock Exchange

Ljubljana, 7 March - The Slovene operator of fixed-line telephony, Telekom Slovenije, on Thursday filed a request at the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE), asking for permission to float its shares. The management of the telecoms utility, which is in majority ownership of the state, thus started to fulfil its announcement that its shares would be quoted in the first half of the year, Telekom reported.
