Maribor Student Radio Shut Down

Ljubljana, 8 March - After over twelve years of uninterrupted broadcasting, Radio MARS, a Maribor-based independent student radio station, was shut down on Thursday, as the Slovene Telecommunications and Broadcasting Agency revoked its broadcasting permit following a lawsuit filed by the University of Maribor.
