Slovene Insurer Said to Offer EUR 130 Million for Croatian Insurance Company

Zagreb, 9 March - The largest Slovene insurance company, Zavarovalnica Triglav, is said to have submitted the best non-binding offer for the acquisition of a majority stake in Croatian insurer Croatia osiguranje, the Croatian daily Vecernji list writes on Saturday, adding unofficial information that Triglav's offer for the 51-percent stake stands at EUR 130 million.
