Poland Supports Slovenia's NATO Membership, Slovene Parliament Speaker Says

Warsaw, 12 March - The process of EU accession and Slovenia's bid to join NATO topped the agenda as Speaker of Slovene Parliament Borut Pahor met on Tuesday with Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski. Poland supports Slovenia's effort to join the Alliance and hopes that Slovenia will become part of the enlargement process, Pahor told STA, expressing satisfaction with the two-day visit which is wrapping up today.
