President Kucan Discusses Direct Democracy with Former Swiss President Koller
Ljubljana, 13 March - Slovenia's President Milan Kucan recieved on Wednesday the former Swiss President Arnold Koller, who presented Swiss experiences regarding direct democracy, i.e. when important issues are decided by citizens at referendums, the Slovene president's office has said in a press release.
