Slovene Foreign Ministry Hails Agreement between Serbia and Montenegro

Ljubljana, 14 March - The Slovene Foreign Ministry on Thursday hailed the signing of an agreement between Serbia and Montenegro about the regulation of relations within a new common state, which was reached under strong mediation by the EU and its high representative for common foreign and security policy Javier Solana.
