Lafarge's Bid to Take Over Trbovlje Cement Factory Successful Before It Expires

Trbovlje, 15 March - The Ljubljana-based subsidiary of Austria's Lafarge Perlmooser by Thursday acquired 37.64 percent of all shares of the cement factory Cementarna Trbovlje, which fulfills the minimal condition to make its takeover bid successful almost three weeks before the offer expires, the company, which is part of the world's largest cement maker France's Lafarge, said on Friday.
