Maribor, 15 March - According to tradition, the mayor of the second largest Slovene city Maribor, Boris Sovic, bestowed at Friday's ceremony grafts of the city's oldest vine to Maribor's twin towns, namely Austria's Graz, Germany's Stuttgart and France's Gap.
