Ljubljana, 16 March - The good intention of Spain to introduce candidate countries into debates on the common European future is marred by clear signs that future new members are still not partners in laying out the Union's path until the end of the decade and even further, the Slovene daily Delo comments on the EU summit in Barcelona.
