Croatia's Packaging Producer Raises Bid for Slovenia's Valkarton for the Third Time

Logatec, 18 March - Croatia's largest cardboard packaging manufacturer raised its takeover bid for Slovenia's largest packaging producer on Monday in an attempt to extend the bid by a week until 1 April. Raising its bid by one Slovene tolar for the third time, Belisce is now offering SIT 7,530.44 (EUR 33.64) per one share of Valkarton, a Logatec-based company.
