We Will Privatise at Least One Bank, Prime Minister Drnovsek Stresses

Ljubljana, 18 March - The government does not intend to privatise both state-owned banks - NLB and NKBM - at any cost, "however we are definitely in favour of privatisation," Slovene Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek told the press on Monday, adding that it has not yet been decided whether only one or both banks would be privatised. "I expect that it will happen at least in one case," he stressed.
