Slovene Doctors Go on All-Out Strike

Ljubljana, 19 March - While the government made a last attempt on Monday to persuade the trade unions of doctors and dentists (Fides) not to stage a strike, doctors went on an all-out strike throughout Slovenia on Tuesday to highlight the severe shortage of doctors in the country, the main reason why they have to put in too much overtime.
