Croatia's Cardboard Factory Gets Green Light to Merger with Valkarton

Ljubljana, 19 March - The Slovene competition protection office decided on Tuesday to give a green light to the merger of Croatian cardboard manufacturer Belisce and Slovenia's Valkarton, as it is in accord with competition rules. The office established that the merger would not affect market shares as the two companies are not present on the same markets in Slovenia.
