Number of Tourists Visiting Slovenia Up Four Percent in January

Ljubljana, 20 March - A total of 107,644 guests visited Slovene tourist destinations in January, up four percent year-on-year. January saw 49,460 tourists from abroad, increasing by three percent over January 2001, while the number of guests form Slovenia increased five percent in the same period to total 58,184, data released by the Slovene Statistical Office suggests.
