Support for NATO and EU Plummets in February, According to Survey
Ljubljana, 20 March - Only 37.5 percent of Slovenes support NATO membership, according to a regular monthly survey published Wednesday by the weekly Mag, plummeting almost 20 percent compared to January. Support for EU accession plunged 18 percent in the same period, the February Politbarometer survey revealed, to stand at 49.7 percent.
