Klagenfurt, 20 March - The greatest success of the National Council of Carinthian Slovenes (NSKS), an umbrella organisation of the Slovene minority in Austria, has been the establishment of a dialogue with the provincial and the federal governments, which has facilitated the achievement of other goals, NSKS president Bernard Sadovnik outlined Tuesday the organisation's greatest achievements so far.
