Payment Transfers to Be Handled by Banks as of 1 July

Ljubljana, 20 March - The bill on payment transfers was passed by parliament on Wednesday in a bid to adapt Slovenia's system to that of the EU, finally transferring the payment transactions from the agency for payment transfers onto banks. The act is to come into effect as of 1 July.
