FM Rupel Points to Changing Russia-U.S. Relations Following September 11

Ljubljana, 21 March - One of the most important consequences of the 11 September terrorist attacks, besides uniting a number of different countries in the anti-terrorist coalition, is the altered relations between Russia and the U.S., which is evident in bilateral talks on sensitive issues such as nuclear disarmament, said Thursday Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel in his address to an international conference entitled Good Morning Terrorism.
