Instead of Losses Slovene Post Generates Profit

Ljubljana, 22 March - Post of Slovenia generated profit of SIT 211 million (EUR 942,000) in 2001, even though the original plans foresaw losses, established the company's supervisory board on Friday. The Post's revenues last year were at SIT 33.97 billion (EUR 151.6 million), of which 59 percent were accounted for by postage services.
