Finland Leads Team Competition After First Round

Planica, 23 March - With all four of its competitors jumping over 200 metres, the Finnish team leads Saturday's team ski flying competition following the first round of jumps on Planica's giant hill. The German team is second with 741.3 points, while Austria has a total of 732.7 points and is third. Slovenia is currently in sixth place with 646.3 points. The longest jump of the first round was recorded by Germany's Sven Hannawald who jumped 215 metres and thus allowed Germany to take second place.
