Heart Problems Cited as Trial of Suspected Racketeer Chief Postponed Again

Ljubljana, 26 March - The trial of a suspected chief racketeer and eleven other group members supposedly involved in human trafficking, was postponed again on Tuesday due to the apparent poor health of the chief suspect. The attorney of Josip Loncaric told the court on Tuesday that his client has serious heart ailments and is thus unable to attend the proceedings. The court thus ordered a medical examination of Loncaric and postponed the trial until 16 April.
