Ljubljana, 29 March - An initiative to dismiss the head of the Ljubljana district prosecution team Gorazd Fiser for violating regulations in promoting his partner to the secretarial post at the prosecutor's office, was submitted to the justice minister by State Prosecutor General Zdenka Cerar on Friday.
