There Will be no Oil War between Petrol and Istrabenz, Says Former Head of Istrabenz

Ljubljana, 1 June - Financially, the oil trader Istrabenz is capable of taking over its rival Petrol, according to former head of Istrabenz Janko Kosmina, who however told a Slovene daily that there would never be a hostile takeover but only one agreed with Petrol management and owners. Theoretically, Istrabenz could take over Petrol, however we have not and do not intend to make any step towards a hostile takeover, said Kosmina.
