Delo Comments on the Conference on the Information Society

Ljubljana, 4 June - The Ljubljana conference on the information society and the first report on the progress in the information society in EU candidate countries is foremost a political showing-off on the back of the countries' information development. Therefore it is no surprise that the organisers have admitted that the conference's aim is not a professional one, but is primarily to the advantage of politics, the Slovene daily Delo writes on Tuesday.
