Krsko Nuclear Power Plant Connects to Grid After Regular Overhaul

Krško, 5 June - The Krsko nuclear power plant (NEK) was synchronised at 1.13 A.M. on Wednesday with the electric grid, thus ending regular annual overhaul which began on 11 May. The power plant is raising its power according to the procedures and is expected to run at full power by the beginning of next week, after all check ups at low power have been performed.
