Central Bank and Gov't to Combine Forces in Fighting Inflation

Ljubljana, 6 June - Representatives of the Slovene government and the central bank have harmonised measures that are to be aimed at reducing inflation in the country in the upcoming months. At the conclusion of Thursday's meeting, the Governor of the Bank of Slovenia stressed that the path to lower inflation requires suitable policies for government-supervised prices, as well as that for suitable policies over the combination of the exchange and interest rates.
