Austrians Bordering Slovenia Support Its EU Accession, Shows Survey

Klagenfurt, 6 June - A survey in Austria's Carinthia showed that 73% of the population support Slovenia's EU accession. Similar support was also expressed by Austrian Styria, where 70% were for Slovenia's membership in the Union. The poll was carried out by the Austrian agency for European policy in Austrian provinces bordering the EU candidate countries.
