Ljubljana, 7 June - Slovene Railways - a public utility, a joint-stock company in 100-percent state ownership - do not have enough capital, which the former general manager has been drawing attention to for a long time. However, no one in the whole country wanted to hear his warnings, the daily Delo on Friday comments on the company's poor financial situation which has recently prompted general manager Igor Zajec to step down. His resignation was approved by the government on Thursday.
