Slovenia Wants Good Relations with Croatia, Writes FM to Croatian Counterpart

Ljubljana, 7 June - Slovene-Croatian relations have not been reaching the expectations of the political public in both countries, wrote Slovene FM Dimitrij Rupel to Croatian counterpart Tonino Picula in a note on Wednesday. According to the Slovene Foreign Ministry, Rupel reiterated the assurances that Slovenia wants the best possible co-operation with Croatia, as good and friendly relations are Slovenia's priority. The FM pointed out that Slovenia has on many occasions proven that by giving Croatia steady support in international organisations.
