Slovene PM Attends Vienna Conference on EU Enlargement

Vienna, 10 June - Slovene Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek and Austrian Chancellor Wolfgang Schuessel addressed Monday's international conference in Vienna, entitled Europe without Frontiers, which was held by Austrian bank Raiffeisen Zentralbank to mark its 75th anniversary. Both top officials pointed out the importance of EU enlargement and were convinced that it is an investment in peace, stability and prosperity. The conference was sponsored by European Commissioner for Enlargement Guenter Verheugen.
