Slovenica to See capital Injection of EUR 12 Million

Ljubljana, 11 June - The insurance company Slovenica is to inject fresh capital of around SIT 2.78bn (EUR 12m) by issuing ordinary shares, decided the shareholders on Tuesday. The shares will be offered to known investors who have bound themselves to purchase the whole issue, Slovenica said.
