Bulgarian Prime Minister Due to Visit Slovenia on Thursday

Ljubljana, 12 June - Bulgarian Prime Minister Simeon Saxe Coburg Gotha is to pay a one-day working visit to Slovenia on Thursday upon the invitation of Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek. The Bulgarian prime minister is also to meet with Slovene President Milan Kucan and Speaker of Parliament Borut Pahor. Talks are expected to revolve around NATO and EU enlargement, as both countries are aspiring to be invited to join NATO in November, while EU accession is also the common goal of both, although they find themselves at different stages of the process.
