General Assembly of Slovene Gas Company Geoplin Decides for Foreign Partner

Ljubljana, 12 June - Shareholders of Slovene gas distributor Geoplin gave the go ahead to the management and supervisory board of the company to continue their search for a strategic foreign partner. Speaking following Wednesday's general assembly of the company, State Secretary at the Ministry for the Environment and Spatial Planning stressed that the company "will not look for a large financial partner, but rather a large European gas company" which would also be interested in the development potential of Geoplin.
