Katanec: "Pressure was too Great"

Seogwipo, 13 June - The players have given it their all in the given circumstances, despite the fact that the results of the team's three World Cup matches were not a success, outgoing manager of the Slovene national football team Srecko Katanec told the press on Thursday in Seogwipo. Meanwhile, the President of the Slovene Football Federation (NZS) Rudi Zavrl has already announced that he will try and make Katanec change his mind and stay on. Not staying on, however, is Slovene captain Ales Ceh, who announced his retirement from the national team following yesterday's loss.
