Constitutional Changes Essential for the Formation of Regions, Says Interior Minister

Ljubljana, 13 June - The setting up of regions in Slovenia depends on whether changes on local self-government will be made to the Constitution, while the pubic debate in parliament on Monday will show what is the level of political consensus on the adoption of these constitutional changes, Slovene Interior Minister Rado Bohinc told a news conference on Thursday.
