Maribor, 15 June - The decision was not an easy one, as it does not depend on personal judgement only, Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek told the daily Vecer on Saturday about his decision to run for president. It would be easier to leave things unchanged in the short run, however it is a fact that I have been prime minister for ten years, which is a period when it is necessary to deliberate whether it would be wise to withdraw, he explained.
