Ljubljana, 17 June - With a huge support for the centre right in the second round of general elections, the French voters have offered President Jacques Chirac a chance to prove that during his previous presidential term in office he was so handicapped by the cohabitation with the leftist government that he was unable to carry out his electoral promises, a major Slovene daily observes on Monday.
