Krekova Banka Renamed to Raiffeisen Krekova Banka Following Austrian Acquisition

Maribor, 18 June - Last year was successful for Krekova banka, the ninth largest bank in the country, as it generated profits of SIT 579m (EUR 2.6m), up 10 percent the year before, said Tuesday the bank's chairman Ales Zajdela. He also revealed after the AGM that the bank would now change its name to Raiffeisen Krekova banka, as it has been acquired in April by Austria's Raiffeisen Zentralbank (RZB).
