Slovene NGOs Want to Participate in Decision-Making Related to EU Enlargement

Ljubljana, 18 June - As the EU is expanding, and will soon include Slovenia, Slovene non-governmental organisations (NGOs) would like to have more say in the decision-making process, and hope to receive more funds for their operations, said Tuesday NGOs at a public presentation of opinions on the future of Europe, which was organised by the European Commission delegation to Slovenia and the government-sponsored national forum on the future of Europe.
