Ljubljana, 19 June - The supervisor can demand any information from the supervised, said an old decision of the Slovene Supreme Court in a dispute between the Securities Market Agency and one of its supervised entities. That decision must have encouraged the Agency for Insurance Supervision, the highest controlling body for insurance companies, to accuse chairwoman of largest insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav Nada Klemencic of obstructing information, and ask for her dismissal, writes Wednesday's issue of business daily Finance.
